About Us

SeAndra is the CEO and Program Director of Lifeline Academy LLC.  Our company was founded out of love, passion and a desire to provide a high standard quality patient centered care. SeAndra started her journey in the healthcare field caring for individuals mental disabilities, she then continued as a CNA and moved to LPN and then received her Associates degree in Nursing.  SeAndra has served as a nurse for 16 years.  Her goal is to give back to the community by teaching life long skills.  Our mission is to humbly train,nature and meet the needs of our community.

Porsha Ware comes with great experience and knowledge.  She has served 15 years in administrative services.  8 of those years were in medical/dental billing.  Porsha has a heart and passion to care for others and help them achieve their goals.  She will be a wonderful asset to the team. Porsha will be joining our team as Administrative Assistant.

Ja'Lona is a charge CNA that comes with great experience.  She has a passion for caring for others.  She enjoys bedside care and  helping meet the needs of others. She plans to excel in her healthcare journey by attending IUPUI for nursing.  She is full of love and takes pride in delivering high quality patient care.    She will be a joy to have on our team.

Lifeline is here to meet all your training needs.  We will be providing high quality training for the individual seeking to be a CNA or QMA.   Lifeline was founded in October 20,2022 and is excited about meeting your needs.  We look forward to you joining our team.
