We are committed to providing high-quality education and hands-on training for individuals seeking to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHA), or Qualified Medication Aides (QMAs). Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, compassion, and practical skills needed to succeed in the healthcare field and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Founded on October 20, 2022, Lifeline Academy LLC was established with a passion for education, community service, and excellence in healthcare training. We are excited about the opportunity to help students grow professionally while making a positive impact within the community.

SeAndra Robinson RN
SeAndra Robinson is the CEO and Program Director of Lifeline Academy LLC. Lifeline Academy was founded through love, compassion, passion, and a strong desire to provide high-standard, quality, patient-centered care within the community. SeAndra began her healthcare journey caring for individuals with mental disabilities and developmental challenges. Her dedication to serving others led her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then advance to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and later earn her Associate Degree in Nursing.
Through years of hands-on healthcare experience, SeAndra developed a passion not only for caring for others, but also for educating and empowering future healthcare professionals. Her goal is to give back to the community by teaching lifelong skills, promoting compassion in healthcare, and preparing students to provide safe, respectful, and quality care to those in need.
The mission of Lifeline Academy LLC is to humbly train, nurture, educate, and meet the healthcare needs of the community while developing confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers dedicated to excellence in patient care.
Porsha Ware
Porsha Ware comes with great experience and knowledge. She has served 15 years in administrative services. 8 of those years were in medical/dental billing. Porsha has a heart and passion to care for others and help them achieve their goals. She will be a wonderful asset to the team. Porsha will be joining our team as Administrative Assistant.
Ja'Lona Franklin
Ja'Lona is an experienced Charge CNA who brings compassion, dedication, and strong patient care skills to the team. She has a true passion for caring for others and takes pride in helping meet the physical and emotional needs of her patients. Ja'Lona especially enjoys bedside care and creating positive experiences for those she serves through kindness, patience, and professionalism.
She is committed to growing within the healthcare field and plans to continue her educational journey by attending Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis to pursue nursing. Ja'Lona is full of love, compassion, and determination, and she consistently strives to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for healthcare make her a valuable addition, and she will truly be a joy to have on our team.
